Lockton Insurance is the world’s largest independent insurance brokerage with over 140 locations. The project revolved around understanding the positives and negatives for the existing facilities, and improving them in line with the Birmingham office vision. Re-use of existing FF&E and M&E was key to ensure the project budget was considered, and no unnecessary waste was made. The project brief included preserving the corporate identity, balanced with the introduction of earthy tones, greenery and comfort. We created a mix of spaces to suit various users ranging from young professionals requiring learning and collaborative spaces, directors and managers requiring flexibility, focus and privacy, and clients requiring understanding, accessibility and exposure to the brand.
